Put laptop bags in milk crates, stacked tight (4 crates: Angel, Rufmerie)
Hand power cords to cord wrappers (Xsavion)
Wrap power cords and put them in crates (4 crates). (Carleigh & Nico)
Receive laptops and sort and stack by type (3189s and 3190s) (Jael, Jaden)

Make sure they are totally empty. You can turn them upside down over a garbage (or big box) and shake them if you like.
The straps that come out can be thrown away - nobody uses those.
When they're clean, stack and store the cases, 8 to a milk crate, with the handles facing up. When we store these, we will stack the crates so the handles face front.
Look how they are stacked: all the power ports are at the left (where the hinges are).
There should be no more than 10 to a box.
Each box should have the same kind of computer in it. Dell 3190s are the kind most people have.
Some people will turn in 3189s, which are lighter gray and "glossy" (reflective). Those should go in separate boxes.
Any HPs are loaners and should go in a separate box together.
